Another one from last spring...I just can't motivate myself to take photographs in the cold!

Taken at the beginning of spring last year, as the buds on the sycamore trees were just starting to swell.  Can't wait for winter to pass!

If there were a good story behind this I would say this photo was National Geographic-esque...but there's not good story.  These are my friend Mara's knees.  She's not a Russian prostitute, or an artist on the sidewalk in London, or a down-on-her-luck musician on Broadway.  This was taken after a night of heavy partying while celebrating New Year's, though.  Excellent.
